Similar to the previous image in this gallery of the apple orchards of Sedona, this similar scene is actually focused on pecan groves instead. Look closely at the bark and size of the trees. These pecan trees aren't found in the higher elevation around Sedona, but instead in the lower elevation of Southern Arizona near Tuscon.
